Elite Squad is proud to announce the expansion of our organization in West Palm Beach! Starting in 2016 teams and players from West Palm Beach will carry the name of Elite Squad North.
Since the start of Elite Squad back in 2009 about 95% of our players have come from both Dade and Broward County. Because of the rich in talent area of Dade and Broward we have been able to win and compete at the national level. With the addition of another county (West Palm Beach) who is also loaded with talent as well, we feel that this will only make our organization that much stronger. We also have some great people involved to make this transition a great one.
Elite Squad North will be ran and operated by Juan Bustabad and Jimmy Beno. Juan and Jimmy both come with over 30 years of coaching experience combined. Juan is a former first round draft pick by the Boston Red Sox and spent over 22 years coaching in the minor leagues with the Dodgers Organization. Juan is currently the Head Coach at Oxbridge Academy located 
in West Palm Beach. Juan also ran the Busty Bulls travel program that focused on ages 14 and under and in their short time together they have won several tournaments including the likes of Perfect Game and USSSA tournaments. They have built a steady and solid foundation for years to come, now as Elite Squad North.
How to Join:
For current High School players looking to join Elite Squad or Elite Squad North players will have to attend our Prospect Camp on December 4th – 6th at Nova Southeastern University. The very top players will be chosen from this camp to represent Elite Squad for the Summer of 2016.
For players under the age of 14, tryouts will begin in January with our organization will be running year long programs that emphasize in development.
